Led by Prof. Tríona Ní Shíocháin of NUIG, Dr. Ciarán O’Gealbhán of UCC, and Séamas Ó hAoláin of Ballyduff/Ballinvella/Ballysaggart CCÉ, the evening will offer fascinating insights into the singers, songs, and cultural heritage of the Ballysaggart area. Drawing on research and local knowledge, the presenters will highlight the importance of preserving and celebrating these traditions.
