Media Launch for Fleadh Cheoil na Mumhan 2025

Fleadh Cheoil na Mumhan 2025 was officially launched on Thursday, March 27th, at Munster Technological University Bishopstown Campus, setting the stage for an exciting celebration of traditional Irish music, song, and dance in Cork City this July when the Munster Fleadh returns to Cork City for the first time since 2017.

Guest speakers at the event included Paul Gallagher (Vice-President MTU), Ger O'Driscoll (Chairman, Fleadh na Mumhan Organising Committee), Tadhg Ó Maolcatha (Chairman, Munster Comhaltas) and Lord Mayor of Cork City Council, Cllr Dan Boyle. Thanks to the talented musicians of Comhaltas Douglas for providing the entertainment on the evening.
